 What are your stores opening times?

We are open Monday - 9am - 5pm.

Tuesday - 9am - 5pm

Wednesday - Closed

Thursday -  9am - 5pm

Friday - 9am - 5pm

Can I collect my order from your store?

Yes, once you go to your basket there will be an option to either have your item/s shipped or collect from store.

Can I purchase an order over the phone?

We are unable to accept payment over the phone but we can reserve an item for you and process the payment in store when you collect your item.  If you are interested in any item online and want further information please call us on 0113 2585714 or email info@leevans.com and we will be happy to help.

 

How can I pay for my purchase?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay

 

How are my goods shipped?

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery and a signature will be required upon receipt.

 

How long does delivery take?

Orders will be despatched within 24 hours. There are some factors that may affect delivery times, such as stock availability and sizing.  If we do have to order a product from a supplier we will contact you regarding timescales.

 

Do you deliver outside of UK.

At present we deliver to UK and the Republic of Island.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We hope you are happy with your purchase but in the event that you are not, you can return your item within 14 days in the original packaging, unworn, including your order number. We recommend using a recorded delivery service.

We cannot accept returns on pierced earrings for health and safety reasons, bespoke items, special orders or items that have been sized

Unfortunately we can not process an exchange, please send your item back for a refund and place a new order for your required item/s.

 

Do you offer gift vouchers

Yes we do and they make the perfect gift.  Gift vouchers can be purchased in store only

What if I don’t know my finger size?

If you are wanting to order a ring but are unsure on your size we can send you a finger sizing gauge, please call  on 0113 2585714 or email info@leevans.com to request one.

Buying in your unwanted gold and diamonds has been a service that Leevans has offer for many years, we pay highly competitive prices, all you need to do is call in with your ID for a non obligation quote.

Alternatively we can offer you a part exchange to trade in your unwanted items for a piece of jewellery that you will enjoy for many years to come.

Do you offer a repair service?

We offer an extensive repair service to all jewellery, from minor repairs such as small solders to re modelling your precious diamond rings, along with a re stringing service.

Watch repairs and servicing is also a service that Leevans offers, we specialise in luxury brands such as Rolex, Cartier, Omega and Breitling. Please call in store with your item for your free non obligation quote.

Do you do watch battery replacements?

Yes, we offer watch battery replacements for any brand of watch with the majority being done on site while you wait.

Some watches require a water test along with a battery replacement, we can complete this service on any brand of watch including luxury brands such as Omega, Breitling & Tag.
