At Leevans we wish for your precious purchase to arrive on time and in perfect condition, therefore all our deliveries are made by a royal mail signed for service and will require a signature upon delivery.
If you place your order before 1pm Monday - Friday, we will endeavour to dispatch it the same day. There are some factors that may affect dispatch, such as stock availability and sizing of rings. If your item needs to be ordered directly from the supplier, is a custom made item or needs sizing to your required size then we will contact you to discuss an estimated delivery date.
Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, unless its a bank holiday, then your goods will be dispatched son a Tuesday.

Order value up to £30 - £3.95 - Royal Mail 1st class signed for 1-3 working days
Order value above £30 - Free - Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed by 1pm next working day. (we do not guarantee for Saturday delivery)

Any orders that are placed after 2pm will be shipped the following day.

At Leevans we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though we understand that you may wish to return items.
Items can be returned direct to Leevans Jewellers within 14 days from receipt for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, un worn, and sent back to us with its original packaging to the following address:

Refunds will be subject to the purchase price, and carriage charges, any returns charges will not be refunded when applicable. When returning an item by post we strongly recommend that you use a Royal Mail signed for service to ensure proof of delivery and insurance of goods whilst they are in transit.
We cannot accept returns on pierced earrings for health and safety reasons, bespoke items, special orders or items that have been sized. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, and items that have been altered or personalised.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt on 0113 2585714 or email email@example.com and we will rectify the situation.
